I am new here. How can I start using the app inkCapture?
Simply register an account at www.inkcapture.com. Just enter your name, email address and password. Wait for the confirmation email, where you will find a link to activate your account.
I did not receive an activation email.
If you did not receive the activation email, check your spam folder. If you can’t find it here either, contact inkcapture technical support: inkcapture@inkcapture.com.
I forgot my inkCapture password.
If you forget your password, you can request a new one. Click the “forgot password” button when logging into the app.
Do I need to install anything?
You don’t need to install anything. The application works independently on the web. The application should work in all modern browsers, but it is primarily tested on the current version of the Google Chrome browser. Therefore, if you have a problem with displaying some information in the application, try it with the Google Chrome browser, or contact support by email inkcapture@inkcapture.com.
Credits and storage are not enough in the basic version. Where can I buy extra credits and expand a storage?
All documents are stored on our servers. You don’t need to purchase your own storage.
If 500 MB is not enough for you, it is possible to purchase more directly in the inkCapture application in the “Manage account and credits” section.
The login information is the same as when registering.
How do I know how many credits I have available?
The current status of credits and storage usage is visible in the application in the upper right corner.
What payments are supported for purchase?
Supported payments are Visa and Mastercard.
Do I have to have my storage on my computer?
All documents are stored on our servers. You don’t need to purchase your own storage. If 500 MB is not enough for you, it is possible to purchase more directly in the inkCapture application in the “Manage account and credits” section. The login information is the same as when registering.
How can I share documents with the public?
Documents can be shared in the “more” section under the “share” button. You will receive a link that can then be used, for example, on your websites.
I cannot upload more than 100 pages to a document.
For faster page loading, document size is limited to 100 pages.

Are documents in inkCapture publicly available?
No! Documents uploaded to inkCapture are private. You can share your documents. In the “more” section, “share”. You will receive a link that can then be used, for example, on websites.
